Throughout history, even today there are countries with varying economic circumstances. Some countries or even continents prosper economically, while others are still developing at a very slow rate. There are two facts about poverty and the wealth which are the Gender Equality and the Education. What are some ways that developing nations can increase their economic prosperity? There is better education pays to developed period earnings and stronger national financial growth and benefits individuals make more knowledgeable choices about productiveness. Researchers have written about some workable solutions to increase their economic prosperity.

These solutions include making improvements upon investing higher education and building universities and gender equality in the workplace can successfully encourage industrial production growth. Based on research, it shows that the education is the most effective way for a developing nation to grow its economic wealth. Admittedly, according to the article “Investing In Development” written by Jeffrey D. Sachs, the author has declared that education is central to overwhelming poverty in developing nations. The author guaranteeing that universal primary is education, completion, and increasing opportunities for higher education. According to the text, it states that “primary and secondary education is not enough. Low-income and middle-income countries should also scale up their investment in higher education” (Sachs). This quote shows that the author recommends higher education as a solution to the poverty cycle. He believes in investing in higher education for low-income and middle- income nations which shows that he wants everyone to be educated and that will let to economic improvement. Another example that Sachs points out is that “by building universities, technical institutes, and professional associations, countries can be… economic transformation” (Sachs). This quote shows that building the economy of low-income nations can be done by building sites of higher education, which can transform an economy.

The author believes investment in higher education and building universities can positively transform an economy. Importantly, based on this article “Education for All The Quality Imperative” written by Christopher Colclough, he has shown a child-centered approach to teaching and learning is the key area for human development and change. Based on the text the author states this question “Why force on quality?” (Colclough). This question points out that the governments force having schools available for the kids, but does not specify the quality of the schools whether or not they are teaching anything, or if the environment is miserable. According to the text, the author states that governments “need to provide education on human rights reproductive health, sports and gender awareness, touched on educational quality, they were generally silent about how well education systems could and should be expected to perform” (Colclough). This quote shows that all kids no matter sex, color, race, etc… must be accepted and have available public education. But they often don’t get deeper learning into what they like. Nevertheless, the author also points out that “education should allow children to reach their fullest potential in terms of cognitive-emotional and creative capacities” (Colclough). Based on this quote it shows that kids should be able to express themselves. And learn about things they love. Instead of studying to just take a test. They just copy and memorize everything. Colclough discusses why education is central to overcoming poverty in developing nations.

Confirming education, accomplishment, and that will increase the opportunities for higher schooling. Maybe if we make school more interesting place there will be a higher rate of graduation, therefore, improving economy and quality of life. According to the article called “Our, Public Education System Is In Deep Distress” this article has shown that education is the most effective way for a developing nation to increase its economic success. The students whose parents were in the low-income position seem to be stuck in the low-income living environment. According to the text, the author declares that “less than half of the American students finish college and the U.S. ranks last among 18 countries measured” (“Our public education…”). This quote shows that college is so expensive and hard to get into and maybe that is the reason why there are so many students who drop out. It is very sad to see that 46% of American student’s graduate college. Especially since children are in school for 12 or more years. They get the opportunity to go to college but aren’t ready and settle a life without college. It’s just tough because for most students, once they are out, it’s too hard to try again. Another example of this article points out that “a third of high school graduate who is eligible to join military score too low…to be recruited” (“Our public education…”). This quote shows that in 60 years when our present soldiers will be retiring, our young soldiers won’t score high enough to be recruited. There must be a better way to improve schools and get people to graduate. Based on the article called “Gender Equality in The Workplace” written by Ruohan Wu and Xueyu Cheng, it shows that advanced equality amid female and male workers under the same business lead to more musical and well-organized surroundings. The economic study towards gender equality has a long history to be specific, the study shows whether gender impartiality in the workplace can successfully reassure business invention growth, and how this growth is affected by the firms’ employees and sizes. Economic development and revolution have had a thoughtful influence on the lives of both men and women during the past century.

It suggests females are increasingly empowered through information and communication technologies. Improving gender equality, in most cases raising the benefits of women and girls, symbolizes modern economic growth. Another example is from “The Glass Ceiling: Why Women Can’t Seem to Break the Invisible Barrier that Blocks Them from the Top Job” (Wu and Cheng 258). According to this quote, it shows that female executives in most industries are in non-operating areas such as personnel, public relations, or, occasionally, finance specialties that seldom lead to the most powerful top posts; they are blocked outside of the business mainstream. Therefore, promoting gender equality, especially equal treatment of male and female employees in the workplace, has been receiving intensive attention in economic studies as well as business management. Another example according to tor the text, “Gender equality in the labor market has also received considerable attention in the literature” (Wu and Cheng 258). This quote shows that the government has been passing regulation to guarantee equal payment between men and women. The women are increasingly involved in public life; women’s education achievements, job opportunities, and legal rights have been greatly improved. According to another article called “Popular Culture and Workplace Gendering among Varieties of Capitalism” written by Peter Matanle, et al these authors declare that overall gender equality is proceeding in Japan, problems remain, particularly in accomplishing equivalence in the workplace.

On research, it suggests imperative insinuations for researching the relationship between culture, in all its forms, and spatial variation in persistent recognized biases among varieties of capitalism. n. It is an urgent matter, therefore, that as more countries develop, issues pertaining to gender inequality in the workplace are tackled. According to the article, the author points out that “cross-national differences in gender segregation among advanced economies may be due in part to variations in investment” (Matanle, et al 475). This quote describes that Japan has shown on paper that made good legislative development towards workplace equality. And the political economy despite its determination by stating that to investigates the latitudinal difference in political-economic organizations among industrial governments. Which led to the diversities of capitalism poetry that does not do enough to elucidate environmental changes in gender equality in the workplace. Popular culture, in other words, plays a substantial role in framing, legitimizing and replicating cultural standards or foundations that are fundamental to the variations of capitalism and nationwide business organizations dissertations in the relative radical economy. Another example shows on the text “Every national political economy creates ideal representations of itself via text and image, whose transcendence depends on both the maintenance of a hegemonic system of institutions and people’s willingness to substantiate their place within them” (Matanle, et al 476). This quote shows that complexity of gender discrimination that permeates Japan’s political economy, its substance in the public statement that men and women. And gendered engagement system is natural even desirable it explain how their representation of the standard Japanese female.

In conclusion, as time goes on the poverty gap between different countries to expand, rather than decrease. The only way to decrease this gap, and to improve economic conditions in a country, is to address issues of gender equality and education. The solution of investing higher education and building universities transform to improve economic prosperity seems to be the strongest solution, based on research it shows that reasoning improvements from uncomplicated education are the most imperative factor in protecting teenagers from contamination. Education for all cannot be accomplished without educating potentials. This idea should be spoken with the great focus now. Traditionally, people believe that higher equality between female and male employees under the same business would lead to more harmonious and efficient surroundings; consequently, all workers will be encouraged to contribute and promote the firm’s growth greatly, which would then help to develop the, economy countries’.
