In the world, throughtout all time cancer is a familiar health issue in spite of promoting in its precaution and curing strategies. Generally, cancer is an abnormal or uncontrolled proliferation of cells even that can’t be stopable. Besides, naturarlly, tumor cells are malignant and have a capability to harm other healthy tissues due to its metastatic property(1). General chances in the cancer treatment many of treatments of nonpharmacology, for example, hyperthermia, radiation therapy, surgical operation and stem cell therapy, and some other pharmacological intervention includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy and hormone therapy, also a combination of these methods(1).

In worldwide, lung cancer is the third most common cancer. About 1.8 million new cases of lung cancer were recorded globally in 2012, accounting for 13% of all new cases of cancer. It is the common cause of death due to cancer, appraisal to be answerable for nearly 1 in 5 cancer deaths. Its survival is mostly decided by the stage at which it is diagnosed, with later-stage diagnosis shown poorer survival.

Nonetheless, all of these methods, including chemotherapy, have noticeable drawback including displeasurable specificity, which can be a reason for lofty concentrations of drugs at the neoplasm site, causing multiple side effects and off-target toxic effects (2).

Even though many studies have focused on preventing or curing cancer without side effects, still now no complete medicine for cancer has been developed(3).

As already discussed chemotherapeutics have been widely used for tumor therapy, anyway, it has been reported that chemotheraphy can cause serious side effects because of their strong toxicity. To that end, various scientists have investigated potential anticancer agent using natural materials(4 & 5).

Into the fields of nutrition and medicine, in fruits and vegetables various polyphenolic

compounds have attracted major attention for their health benefits(6 & 7).

In concerned with details, recently the flavonoids anticancer activity has pulled considerable attention(8).

Based on prior evidence, many scientists have suggested the hope that plant-derived compounds i.e., polyphenols can be attractive and alternative medicines for cancer therapy(9).

The study of elementary particles range of ≤100 nm is known as nanotechnology. In addition, a nanometer may be defined as one-billionth of a meter(10).

In small atoms and complexed molecules, area-volume ratio of high surface is one of the important advantages of nano-par¬ticles. This property can leads to changes the biological and physical properties of the nano-materials and in addition to, amplifies the activity of the surface. The ideal targets of anticancer therapies are fast tumor diagnosis and drug delivery at exact targeted cancer site with the least possible adverse effects on other human tissues. Howsoever, nanotechnology has shown promising good and better effects in the treatment of cancer (11).

Nanoformulations by targeted drug delivery, enhanced drug delivery to the cancer site, and stronger therapeutic responses are expected. Another important parameter is the increased selectivity that can reduce the antagonistic effects of chemotherapy drugs (12).

Nano-formulations such as natural and synthetic nano-particles, microspheres nano-particles, metal nano-particles, liposomes(13) and micelles(14) are among the vital nano-formulations.Selection of these nanoformulation methods would boost the precision, bioavailability, pharmacokinetics, and biodistribution of drugs delivered to the neoplasm site. Recently, polymeric, lipid- or metal based nanoparticles have a fundamental foreground for systemic drug delivery because of their smaller size property, which allows for lower reticuloendothelial system (RES) uptake, better capillary penetration capability and extended circulation time. (15 & 16).

Polyphenolic compounds include one of the most distinct groups of secondary plant metabolites, with several health-promoting effects, including antineoplastic, anti inflammatory and antioxidant action (17).

Polyphenolic compounds form one of the most distinct groups of secondary plant metabolites with several health-promoting effects, including antineoplastic, anti inflammatory and antioxidant function (18) thus, these kind of compounds have attracted the atten¬tion of several scientists for more vast research. The aim of the current study is to review that nanoscale modification of scopoletin for improved of therapeutic efficiency and cytotoxicity and to discuss the molecular mechanisms of their anticancer action.

The prediction and point of view for cancer especially lung depend upon the lung cancer type and the spreaded way. People must discuss with their doctor who can give a more accurate prognosis for the individual’s overall health and the extent of their cancer. Lung cancer is a potentially dreadful and serious disease that affects a patients breathing ability. But still, early diagnostic screening of persons individually who are at high risk for lung cancer and they can help them to receive better treatment as soon as possible. The size, stage and spread of cancer shows people’s outlook easily. Options for treatment may include surgery to remove tumour tissue or all of the lung, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, as well as targeted drug therapy. If a person has compassion that they should be at risk for lung cancer, immediately they must discuss with their doctor.
