One of the most important self-management skills involves controlling and budgeting your time. Gaining control of your time and your life involves identifying time wasters and determining your peak energy level.
Managing time also involves identifying goals, setting priorities, and creating an action plan. Determining what tasks should be done first and overcoming procrastination are major factors in creating success. All these steps and issues involve critical thinking skills. Use critical thinking to answer these questions.

I could reduce or eliminate all together the time I allow myself to watch television, in which I already took the TV out of my room where I do all work and school work. This has reduced the time it takes to complete a task already.
4. Define Circadian Rhythm.
When is your high-energy time? What activities are you completing during this high-energy time?
Circadian Rhythm is a metabolic or behavior pattern that repeats in cycles of about every 24 hours.
It is a rhythm that spans about a twenty-four-hour day, such as that of the sleep-waking cycle. Circadian rhythms in humans originate from a clock circuit in the hypothalamus that is set by information from the optic nerve about whether it is day or night. My high-energy time is usally around 12:00 PM til about 7:00 PM. I am always either working or at school at this time range during the week, but I have noticed on the weekends I really do not have a set high-energy level it just comes and goes. Now is that because we as humans set our high-energy levels to trigger due to our environmental needs? What are your thoughts on that Greg?
5.When do you study? Where do you study? Is any study time during your high-energy period as defined by Circadian Rhythm?
I study normally in the time range of 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM than I go to bed; of course this is during the week as I attend in seat class. Than on the weekend I study when I feel like it which is usally all day and night, but with several Breaks in between some longer than others. I study in my Bedroom where I have created a nice peaceful atmosphere other than my music that plays in the background.
Well as I asked you in the previous question do we tend to manipulate our own high-energy cycles’see I think that I am able to on the weekends due to the relax atmosphere, but during the chaos of the week it surly seems to be it a cycle that I no longer control. Answer is yes for the fact is I am in a class room atmosphere from 5:45 to 7:00 PM four nights a week usally that is and I do study during my high-energy level.

How might studying and working in accordance with your learning style help you to save time’study tips to help people who are auditory learners (the key thing is to make use of sound):Find out if you study best in silence, or with music playing in the background I already knew this about myself before you gave this tip to me in the last assignment, but I never understand why until the whole assignment showed me who I really am and how I could harness my pitfalls and make them my asset. This one I realize that I no longer work in great flow or a grove if you will, when I am without music in the background. It helps me find a rhythm and keeps my timing, .
