Computers are referred as appliances of the future and getting a job in this field can be very useful in the future. Computer Engineering is one of the fastest growing filed and one of the best technology-based field for jobs. Computer Engineers use todays best technology to make tomorrows. Computer Engineering gives us knowledge about how software makes computer system run and perform tasks. Therefore, being a computer Engineer needs a high label of training and intelligence to be skillful in this job. Currently I am an undergraduate student perusing my bachelor’s degree in computer science. With this degree I will be able to get the training required to get a job that only grows year by year, and will be more demanding by time.
When I was younger, I was fascinated with computers, I always use to wonder how it works and run my fingers on the keyboard even when I had no idea how it works. I used to see my elders playing video games on their computer and I was always fascinated by how much new things I would learn each day about computers. When I was in my middle school, I had the first opportunity to learn about computers and how it works. I started with the basics of computers and its functions. As I grew older, I started to become familiar with computers and its organs. More than a hobby it was my passion to learn more about computers and its systems.
The best part about computer Engineering is that there is always something new to learn, and I can use my skillful training and creative mind to create new software and techniques. I look forward to giving a hand in helping new technologies reach even greater height. In the future I plan to spend few years after graduation working for the reputed company as a computer engineer, and after I have the enough confident built in me I plan to open my own company for software and websites.
Since both my parents are a middle class working citizen and they have been paying all my tuition fees, now I want to contribute my part towards my college funding by getting some scholarship. And being in this field needs more funding for books and materials as they are very expensive, this scholarship will help me complete my degree without having to worry much about money and focus more on studies.
