There is no doubt that some people play a significant role in our life. My grandfather is the most influential person in my life because he has shown me how making small gains each day will eventually lead to a huge progress, taught me to how important it is to be patient with obstacles and always encouraged to live up. I realized that things around me apply to my own life and teaches me a lot about, in particularly how to make responsibility for my actions and always think and love the family. My grandfather is kind of person –who makes a measurable influence in the world, he was from poor family with crushing circumstance and limited capabilities, however with huge of potential he changed his life and those around him, while he found the new ways to rise above the circumstances. In short, he shaped his life in constructive way and became my role model. In more details, like a thousand people today, he worked every day at the same job for almost thirty years, as he loved his work and relished it without any complaints. That made me to think about my work too, so now I try to do the same with my part-time job, although sometimes it is irritating, I realize that responsibility and commitment to work are important for my future.
I have also learned contributing to a community and willing to help others are one of the aspects of life as a means of being service to others in positive ways, as my grandpa always gathered the whole family to his house to have a dinner every Sunday. It meant for me as having a time together allows you to get away from stress or work. The same thing, I always try to get together with my friends and family. People with a huge positive influence understand the power of relationships, my grandfather pushed beyond the introversion and reluctance and knew how to relate well with others and build supportive relationship. He always witnessed his power with words of wisdom and was judicious with the words, behavior and action I took. Most importantly, he understood his special role in my life, thus the communication process was operated with responsibility and heart too.
When, I realized his influence in my life, unfortunately, he passed away, so much about hard working and enjoying life will be carried with me for the rest of my life. But the last lesson, I have learned from my grandfather ‘’be patient, time makes everything better’’. It is evident that there will some obstacles I will have, but I will apply the lesson of my grandpa to tackle the challenges, even when things fall apart, his spirit is always a part of me.
