According to articles, the United States has many controversies about topics that include cloning, gun control, racism, and etc. One of the many problems in America is Immigration, many people think that immigration is the cause of overpopulating the United States. Although it may seem that way people don’t realize they come here for a better future and want their kids to grow with a motivated mentality. Immigration is a good for the United States because it benefits society and the economy.
In addition, studies have show that immigrants who participate in labor force have enhanced wages and gave the U.S. citizens a comprehensive job opportunities.Without immigrants, the U.S population would shrink, but increasing immigration in the U.S. generates growth and employment opportunities. If the U.S. removes all undocumented immigrants from the labor force generates a decline on domestic products which is the economy. For example, removing undocumented immigrants would minimize GDP by $380 billion to $620 billion and would affect at least 4 million workers. Immigrants have driven two-thirds of U.S economic growth since 2011. They also establish 30 percent U.S. firms, also valuing startup ventures by 50 percent, at over $1 million. Immigrants entitle the U.S producers to keep expenses down and responds to modifying consumer stipulations. It is society interest to maintain responsible and sympathetic outlook towards immigration policies that have triumphantly formed the U.S social and economic fabric. Immigration should be recognize as beneficial to U.S workers Instead of blaming them for taking jobs. Without immigration, the U.S population would shrink which would affect U.S citizens. By increasing the number of immigration it allows employment opportunities and increases growth.
Immigrants does not push Americans out of jobs. Immigrants fills in jobs that nobody else wants which means that immigrants don’t push out American jobs. They also provide business contacts to other markets, enhancing America’s ability to trade and invest profitably in the the global economy. The reality is that a responsible immigration policy has served tide for economic growth, and has helped strengthen U.S leadership in the world. Even the White House states that U.S immigration policy should “prioritize the protection of Americans workers…. and jobs they hold.” Another good thing Immigration does is draining on government finances. The typical immigration and his or her offspring will pay a net worth $80,000 more in taxes during their lifetimes than they collect in government services. immigrants paid over $155 billion more than medicare of the year of 2002 to 2009. In 2005 until 2080, immigrants will have provide over $600 billion which would help finance Social Security. Consecutive gestures of immigrants have kept our country demographically young, enriched our culture and added to our productive capacity as a nation, enhancing our influence in the world.
Additionally, Immigrants don’t allow U.S citizens to have jobs witch increases job competition and wages go downward. Allowing a low-skilled labor force and illegal aliens to America permits employers to render a low payment and contemptible condition. The U.S. is accountable to insulate the economic interest of all citizens, but the immigration system affects labor force by bringing hundreds and thousand which creates more workers than jobs. Commission recommended that, “it is not national interest to admit unskilled workers, U.S. economy is showing difficulty in absorbing disadvantaged workers.” For example, immigration agents, raided a chicken processing plant in Georgia which cause 75% of its workforce to vanish over a single week. Immigration gets assisted by the government at higher rates than natives which allows a higher cost of all services which distributes a lower tax for them since they don’t earn that much.
