Jill Suzanne Wagner was born on 13th January in the year 1979 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA to his father, David Wagner, who is a retired US Marine. She possess American nationality and belongs to white ethical background.
With reference to her educational achievements, the beautiful model went to Ledford Senior High School situated in Wallburg, North Carolina. She then furthered her education by enrolling into North Carolina State University, where she graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
