For some teenagers, divorce, the formation of a new family with stepparents and stepsiblings, or moving to a new community can be very unsettling and can intensify self-doubts. In some cases, suicide appears to be a “solution. ” For example love, like in Romeo and Juliet. Two characters, so madly in love that when their parents wouldn’t bless their relationship that they took their own lives. For suicide to look like the perfect solution there would have to be something really wrong with the equation (like a childs’ conditioning/upbringing).

Not that I’m putting all the blame on parents, because they can only do so much. There are other factors for which a weak minded child may look to suicide. As well as strong feelings of stress, confusion, self-doubt, pressure to succeed, financial uncertainty, and other fears while growing up will produce depression. These suicides may be categorized in the egoistic suicide section, because of the weak social ties and individualistic isolation. Depression and suicidal feelings are treatable mental disorders.

The child or adolescent needs to have his or her illness recognized and diagnosed, and appropriate treatment plans developed. I believe that as a parent it is crucial to be with your child and recognize their problems. I know that sometimes a suicide has the tendency to be unknown and cryptic, because of a quick change or disaster in life known as an anomic suicide. The main problem that leads to a suicide in my opinion would be isolation.

Human beings require interaction and communication. The third kind of suicide is known as an altruistic suicide. Their loyalty to a cult or their beliefs drives them to act in Jurassic measures. Overall the suicide rate for children is ridiculous and should be dealt with in serious matters.Bibliography:my name is matt sayman and i love this website .
