My Philosophy of Life Essay

Like any other child, I was growing extremely curious. I always stated many questions to the adults as I wanted to have the explanation for anything that bothered me. Now I can imagine how hard it was for the elders to hear all my “Why’s.” My head was full of questions and misunderstanding, and I hardly tried to clear everything up. Beginning with the simple ones and ending with the more complicated I constantly stated: “How the birds can fly?”, “Why people can’t fly?”, “Where is the God?”. The list of my questions never ended, and I am not sure it is closed now. I still have always something I want to find the answer to.

I am sure that I was not the only child with such specific curiosity. People could not live without thinking, and they ask for the explanations by the instinct. Nobody wants to live only under the total control and blindly do what others demand to. If one explores the history, one can find lots of examples of those governments where citizens were forbidden to have their own opinion and those who were trying to explain something were horribly punished. But this is not a natural way of the things, and such systems were used to keep the authority under the crowds. Thank God I live in the democratic country and have the right to think. I can distinguish myself what the most important thing is and how I can reach them.

My philosophy of life has been constructing since I was a child and it continues improving. Lots of things I fully understand but others are still ahead to be explained, and that makes my life interesting and full of learning. I found out the most important thing for me is my mission of the life. I know that most people are trying to explain their existence with the help of the science, but my personal view is that we should think deeper than the science could explain. Many important things could not be explained only by the laws of nature, but they are based on the deep feelings and the beliefs that people have. We are not just rational creatures, we also have a soul, and this soul has the right to be taken into consideration.

I strongly believe that every single person has come to this Earth on purpose and none of us is here occasionally. We have the specific mission that should complete during our lifetime. I know that many people do not ponder on this problem, but I do. I tried to understand who I am and who I need to be. I felt like a student who is wondering what classes to choose for his study. I feel the enormous responsibility of carrying the great mission I am going to complete. It is not about living blindly and following where the wind is blowing. It is about knowing what your next step is going to be and imagining the bright picture of you yourself. At the same time, such life is full of unexpectedness and obstacles that you will definitely meet on your way.

Thinking about that, I found out that my attitude to the problems is rather changing. Now I receive the problems as the lessons from God and try to teach something I was supposed to take from these lessons. I know that every time I am crying because of the lack of strength, I am passing the exam. And after this exam I will stay at the highest level then I was before. It is a significant part of the life, and it would be impossible to learn anything without feeling the pain. Only after the painful lesson, I can understand something properly, and that is the great reason to appreciate the hard times of the life.

I reckon that if someone wants to complete his specific mission, he should stick to his own path not distracting on the others. Nowadays, lots of people are dependent on the others’ point of view and forget to be themselves. They always wonder what other people would think about them and do not follow the calls of their own soul. I found out that we cannot be happy until we are dependent on the others. If my happiness is based on the people’s attitude toward me, it is not true happiness. The true happiness is hidden inside me, and it could not be shaken by the outer world.

Continuing this idea, I should say that my happiness effect all the aspects of my life. I have the constant joy inside my soul that is depended only on my inner condition, my peaceful thoughts, relationship with God and other people. I am the only person who can damage this joy and the only one who can find it again. I decided to be always positive, and that was one of the best decisions I have ever taken in my life. I carry the positive everywhere I am going, and it lighted all the darkness in the life. Positive people are always stronger than negative ones. They can stand against any difficulty and still find the reason to be happy. If to believe the scientist, positive attitude to the life effects on the health condition. Those, who are always negative, are usually sick with the great frequency.

My philosophy of the life is built from these components, and I am happy that I have the direction in my life. I still have lots of questions that I daily meet and am forced to find the answers on. However, I found the basis of my life and feel like I am a strong personality with an unshakable attitude to the life. I feel like my knowledge is growing every day and this makes me happy. I strongly believe that I will follow my way by the end of my life and will never be distracted by anything. The only thing I badly want is to complete my mission.
